The Executive Board of PCACAC consists of the following positions: president, president-elect, past president, secretary, treasurer, NACAC assembly delegates, standing committee chairpersons, and the meetings and conference coordinator.
The Executive Board shall have and exercise the authority of the membership and direct its affairs between membership meetings. As part of its duties it shall:
a. approve applications for membership in PCACAC.
b. approve standing committee chairpersons appointed by the president.
c. approve the meetings and conference coordinator appointed by the president.
d. approve the appointment of special committees to respond to PCACAC's needs.
e. recommend chairpersons for the National College Fairs to NACAC.
f. approve appointments made by the president to fill vacancies on the Executive Board.
g. disseminate information from NACAC to PCACAC members and relay concerns and the interests of PCACAC members to NACAC.
h. exercise those powers and responsiblities delegated to it by the PCACAC membership.
Members of the Executive Board shall be entitled to full membership privileges in the membership meetings.
The Executive Board will meet at least four times a year to transact the business of PCACAC.
