The Finance and Budget Committee shall provide recommendations to the Executive Board on financial and budgetary policies and issues, the annual budget, and investment and audit policies and will submit an annual budget to the Executive Board for approval. This committee's membership will include the elected officers and a deputy treasurer in a non-voting capacity.
