The Nominating Committee shall nominate candidates for offices to be filled. This committee shall consist of five members, including the last two association presidents and three others reflecting the institutional balance relating to PCACAC membership. The chairperson of the Nominating Committee shall prepare and distribute to members at least two weeks before the Annual Spring Meeting a list of candidates for office and a short biographical sketch of each candidate.
