Counselors' College Fair
Each year during the PCACAC Spring Conference, a college fair for high school counselors is part of the program.
EXHIBITOR ELIGIBILITY
The PCACAC Counselors’ College Fair is a table-top exhibit held during the Spring Conference. The purpose of the Fair is to strengthen the relationship between secondary schools and postsecondary institutions. Pre-registration is required by April 1, and is subject to availability. PCACAC will encourage all secondary school counselors attending the Conference to visit the Fair. We encourage exhibitors to have printed materials to distribute. “Give aways” (other than printed materials) and/or food are strictly prohibited. No audio-visual equipment may be used.
SPACE ASSIGNMENTS
Table space will be assigned alphabetically according to the name of the institution on the exhibitor’s Conference registration form. Exhibit tables are limited and reservations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Exhibit tables will be 6’ skirted tables.
SET-UP/BREAKDOWN POLICY
Set-up is available immediately after the Conference luncheon. Materials must be removed at the Fair’s conclusion.
COST
The 2010 Conference exhibit table fee is $60.00 for full conference registrants; $75 for a non-conference registrant. The $60 exhibit fee MUST be paid at the time of conference registration: the non-registrant $75 fee must be received by April 1 at PCACAC, P.O. Box 8308, Charlottesville, VA 22906. The Counselor Fair FINAL registration deadline is April 1. ON-SITE REGISTRATION IS NOT AVAILABLE. Cancellation refunds must be in writing and postmarked by April 10; no refunds will be made for no shows.
Registration and payment of the fee for the 2010 PCACAC Counselors’ College Fair indicates agreement with the above stated policies.
