The 45th annual Potomac & Chesapeake Association for College Admissions Counseling (PCACAC) spring conference will take place April 25-27, 2010, at the Dover Downs Hotel in Dover, DE. I would like to invite you to take advantage of a great opportunity to showcase your educational product or service to professionals in the college admission counseling market. In addition to our exhibitor opportunities, we also offer your organization the chance to sponsor several parts of this important professional development experience.
The PCACAC annual conference brings together high school counselors, college admissions counselors and community based educational advocates from the Mid-Atlantic region. Past conferences have brought together between 350 – 400 association members and we are excited to be heading to Delaware for this year’s conference. Your opportunity to exhibit your educational product and/or service to this group through dedicated exhibit time through out the conference and social events gives you visibility to access key potential educational prospects.
As we continue to grow and include members from across our region, especially those working with underserved populations, never before has an investment in professional development been so imperative. Our annual conference is the prime opportunity for colleagues to network, share, and gather information that ultimately results in serving our students and families more efficiently and effectively. We believe that your organization believes in this mission as well, and it is our sincere hope that you will also consider supporting PCACAC by sponsoring an important part of our conference.
This year we are happy to announce that registration fees for the conference will not increase. A $700.00 company/institution registration fee includes registration for one representative in our exhibit hall with one six-foot table, listing in the program booklet, and all conference meals. Enclosed in our mailings, and on our website, you will also find our 2010 Sponsorship levels and Exhibitor rate sheet. Please note that each of our sponsorship levels also includes a level of advertisement. PCACAC recognizes that financial contributions for many organizations are strained in these economic times and we want to make a sincere effort to maximize your exposure and investment.
Enclosed in our upcoming mailings you will find agreements for both Exhibitors and Sponsorship. While we only have a limited number of spots available, we encourage you to complete your agreements as soon as possible, and no later than March 1st.
