PCACAC's Annual Conference Recap

What a time we had in Harrisonburg, VA at the 57th PCACAC Conference! It was our first time back together and was a complete sell out - thank you to our members for making that possible. This year’s theme of #StrongerTogether was evident from the planning, welcoming colleagues, conducting business, through our featured speakers and presenters and even during our social. A special thank you to Dr. Angel Perez, NACAC CEO, for being our keynote speaker at the President’s Dinner. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time as President and consider it a joy to help to bring our conference back in person and all that it takes to keep our organization moving forward each day.

Thanks to the current leadership team Rebecca LaPlante, Ann Marie Strauss, Libby Weith and Melisa Hypolite! I thank each of them for their tireless efforts as we worked together to move our organization forward, keep it healthy and manage our fiscal responsibilities. The work that was done over the past year will ensure PCACAC’s success and longevity for years to come. Thank you to each person for their contribution to our association - if each person can do just one thing, our contributions and legacies live on in the continued good work of the organization.

Congratulations to our incoming President Ann Marie Strauss and to our newly minted President Elect, Rosemary Martin Edwards!  Also, a special thank you to Rebekah LaPlante for her leadership as Past President - you continue to set an excellent standard for so many of us to follow. We are truly #StrongerTogether. James B. Massey, Jr.,
