Professional Development CommitteeChair: Robyn Lady, Director of Student Services, Chantilly High School (VA) The Professional Development Committee develop programs, training models and forums for professional issues and trends which will assist in the development of college admission counseling at secondary schools and post-secondary institutions. The co-chairs of Professional Development will work to build a cohesive professional development program that seeks to serve the membership of PCACAC. Specifically, the co-chairs will organize and manage a committee that will plan the day-to-day professional development programs. Furthermore, the co-chairs will help identify and develop future leaders of PCACAC by recruiting young professionals to present at programs. The co-chairs will report on efforts, as well as represent the interests of Professional Development to the President's Council through regular board meetings and communication with President of PCACAC.
