Cancellation Policy:
Registration cancellation requests must be emailed to [email protected] by July 8, 2024. Refunds will not be given for cancellations after that date or in the event of non-participation. A $100 processing fee will be applied to refunds.

Using a personalized setting, this event is uniquely designed to provide training, networking opportunities and leadership development for new and mid-level college admission and counseling professionals who assist students in the college admission process. The two-day institute promises a lineup of sessions of interest to both sides of the desk. Your participation furthers our mission to support and advance college admission professionals like yourself as you guide your institution, students, and families in an ethical manner.

Non-Member Registration: $395
Sunday Night Lodging (Early Arrival): $80

Are you waiting for the new fiscal year to begin, or are you in the midst of hiring new employees?  Future employees can be registered before they are hired!  Plus, they can join PCACAC in the registration form and automatically receive the member registration discount. Membership costs $55, and we'll extend their membership through September 30, 2025, so why not get the most for your money?  

Registration Tips:

  • If you are registering a current PCACAC member, please enter THEIR PCACAC username and password to access the form. DO NOT enter your own.
  • If you are registering someone who is NOT a current PCACAC member, enter THEIR email address in the NEW USER section of the registration form. DO NOT use your email address.
  • If you would like to register new staff but do not yet know who they are, you may register using a "fake" email address (i.e., [email protected], [email protected], etc.). Enter TBD for their name(s) and be sure to include your information under the "Additional Contact Information" section on the registration form so we know who to send a copy of the invoice/receipt to. Once you know their name and email, please send their information to [email protected] (due by Monday, July 1.).

PCACAC reserves the right to cancel an event if there is insufficient registration.

PCACAC SUMMER INSTITUTE GRANT

The Grant Committee will review applications and notify applicants of their decision by June 27, 2024.

Attention public high school counselors, first-year admissions professionals, Community Based Organization employees, and new Independent Educational Consultants! PCACAC is able to provide a limited number of Summer Institute grants Grant recipients will receive free Summer Institute registration and a PCACAC membership through September 30, 2025. Preference will be given to those serving economically disadvantaged students and/or students from underrepresented populations. You do not need to be a current PCACAC member to apply.

EACH GRANT INCLUDES:

  • Covered expenses for the 2024 Summer Institute on July 22 and July 23: registration, lodging at Morgan State University, and meals on July 22 and July 23.
  • A one-year PCACAC membership (through September 30, 2025) for non-members.

Grant applicants may register for Summer Institute and select the "Pay later" option. If selected, we will apply a credit to the invoice. If not selected, payment will be due by July 1, 2024.
