We hope you'll join us for our virtual 17th Annual Summer Institute.  Using a personalized setting, this event is uniquely designed to provide training, networking opportunities and leadership development for new and mid-level college admission and counseling professionals who assist students in the transition from high school to college. The Institute offers a lineup of sessions that promise to motivate and educate professionals on both sides of the desk. Your participation furthers our mission to support and advance college admission professionals like yourself as you guide your institution, students, and families in an ethical manner.

  • July 27, 4-5pm - Mentoring Session
  • July 28, 9am-2:45pm - Opening, Breakout and Mentoring Sessions
  • July 29, 8:15am-12:30pm - Mentoring, Breakout and Closing Sessions

MEMBERS ATTEND FOR FREE!  New members may join during registration for $45. New memberships will be extended through September 30, 2021.

Registration closes at midnight on July 20, 2020.  Space is limited to 150 participants in order to offer a more personal approach to the mentoring portion of the program. 

ADMIN HELP: 

  • Current members:  Members attend for free.  Only key contacts may register multiple current members at once. Email [email protected] if you need a list of who those individuals are.

  • New members:  If you are registering someone who is NOT a current PCACAC member, enter THEIR email address in the NEW USER section on the registration form.  Please DO NOT use your email address.  You may register multiple new members at once and pay under one invoice. 

  • New staff with names TBD:  If you would like to register new staff but do not yet know who they are, you may register using a "fake" email address (i.e., [email protected], [email protected], etc.).  Enter TBD for their name(s) and be sure to include your information under the "Additional Contact Information" section on the registration form so we know who to send a copy of the invoice/receipt to.  Please email final names, etc. to [email protected] by July 20.

PCACAC/NACAC GRANT

The National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC) joined hands with PCACAC to provide grant money in support of school counselors or admission professionals who work with students in public school systems or public charter schools. Grant recipients received free Summer Institute registration and a PCACAC membership through September 30, 2020. Congratulations to the 2019 recipients:
